Refine your Lacrosse skills this Fall season. Winston Salem Sportsplex will be the location for local girls and high school teams to participate in a Fall outdoor girls lacrosse league.  Our coaches are devoted to teaching the fundamentals of the game through small field game play to increase the level of Girls lacrosse in the Triad area.  Join us at the newly renovated WS Sportsplex for a remarkable offseason girls lacrosse league.

High School (9th – 12th)

League Dates and Times:

9/11, 9/17, 9/24, 10/1, 10/8, 10/15, 10/22, 10/29
Games will start at 9am and end by 1:00pm.

Team and Player Requirements: Each player must have all safety equipment.  There will be a maximum of 12 players per team. Individual players will be assigned a team.  All participants must be a current member of USLacrosse.

Game Details: HS games will be four 20 min running halves with a five min halftime period, 6×6 goals, modified girls rules. Limited space is available for teams and players, so please register early.

Cost: $150

Families with more than one player will receive a $15 discount off additional player(s). Early bird discount $15 off registration fee.  Please contact to redeem registration code for family discount. Team pricing available.

Rules Summary:

  • Five Players per side including goalie.  Each team dresses a maximum of 12 players.
  • All players must use a standard lacrosse stick.
  • There are two 20 min running halves with a five min halftime period.
  • There is a 30 sec shot clock (kept by field official)
  • Games ending with a tie score are recorded as a tie during regular season play. Playoff games will be decided by three penalty shots.

Substitutions are made freely, a substitute may not enter the field until the player he is replacing is within the substitution zone.


Two players will meet in the middle of the field and the remaining players must stay behind the attack area until the referee blows the whistle.
